The hosts thought of everything to make the stay so nice. We will definitely recommend to others and stay again if we return to the area. We loved our time!”

“We loved the location, easy walk to the beach and pool. We could ride our bikes to Rosemary beach and the Big chill with a toddler and 7 year old. The only minor thing is the chairs could be updated outside. They looked mildew on some. Loved the porch swing. Had a great time, we’d stay again.”

“Our family had an amazing Easter weekend at this wonderful house. The location is perfect! It’s located in the middle of everything and only 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The community heated pool is also across the street. The house size was perfect four our family of four. The kitchen and living room area are small but you have all the wonderful restaurants within 2 min walk. No need to cook. The assigned garage is small and does not fit a large SUV but they have plenty of street...

“this sweet little cottage was clean and tidy When we arrived. There was a notebook with instructions and expectations in it, which made it very easy to make sure we were following the rules of the property. amenities were perfect. You could literally pack your clothes and go. we shopped at the local Walmart and filled the fridge and cooked our meals and went to the beach. We brought two of our dogs. “Great home for my family. Roomy and clean. My teens loved riding their bikes up and down 30A, but it was a little nerve wracking for me as a Mom with the kids crossing 98 to get to 30A. That was the only negative to the location. BUT once the underground tunnel is built it should solve this problem. Also, road noise from the master bedroom was certainly noticeable. I slept with the bathroom fan on and it was no problem for me. Otherwise, all good.”

“We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”
