“Overall, we were happy here and the owner's communication was wonderful. We had 2 adults and a 4-year-old child: the house was the perfect size for us. “Absolutely amazing!! Location, cleanliness, ease of checkin & out. Walking distance of several great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Had a view of lagoon with its wildlife( ducks, cranes, turtles and even a gator!). Very relaxing for our daughter who was running in the state track meet. Since we knew that it was new, owners probably still haven’t gotten around to doing a few things.. need oven mittens, utensils for grilling, blackout curtains or shades for morning side bedrooms, ceiling fans...

“Perfect for my college daughter and myself. Plenty of room and we loved the beach look in the condo. Parking just outside the door. Enjoyed the beach, we drove and so close. Nothing to do with the owners of this condo but the resort pool area needs some TLC, the pool needed cleaning, but I still enjoyed it. We would rent here again if available when we come back. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with!! Great time!!”
