Really nice hotel, good location- not too busy but good public transport links to city centre. Only downside was that you need a credit card to check in and we didn’t have one! Eventually they would accept our debit card; apparently it’s something to do with charging things to rooms. Didn’t make much sense to me, but worth thinking about.

It was a shared building with another hotel and restaurants and was positioned on the central canal in Paris, great local leisure and restaurants. Short walk to the metro and a daily pass was * euros per person which made it easy to get around paris

The receptionist who helped us was very nice but her supervisor was very rude lady. When we checked in the receptionist told us we are allowed to to a late checkout(she was great). Butvyhe ext day her supervisor knocked our door so hard and said “ you have to leave now” we were shocked.

It's a bit out of the way in Paris and requires a trip to most of the major attractions but there was great things about that. It's along the river, it's quiet. Two metro stations within 7-8 minutes. Only one working elevator can take a second if you don't want to do the stairs. Breakfast is pretty good for a chain Continental breakfast but nothing to get too excited about. Staff was helpful to answer questions and do what they could. I have terrible French and all their English was impressive.

What a wonderful stay!!!
Great hotel, grwat accommodating staff at a great location. The service was spectacular in every department and breakfast was very satisfying with the best croissants & sausages ever! The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is the fact they did not provide face wash cloths in the rooms. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who loves to be close to nature with the beautiful canal & away from the hustle & bustle of the downtown congestive areas. I feel in love with Paris & the people.

Not recommended at all
The staffs were not professional and friendly, they put coffee and tea on the room but there was no mineral water to make tea or coffee. There were no slippers in the room and when I asked the reception they told me we don’t have slippers!!! There was no safe box in the rooms, no mini refrigerator in the rooms, water pressure for taking shower was too low, and the window glasses were not clean.

Great location, away from all the busy touristy areas in town. Feels more like a friendly neighborhood and right new to the river/canal. Plenty of restaurants, boat activities and stores (walkable distance). The hotel looks and feels brand new. Beautifully decorated. Staff was great. I bit more expensive than the smaller local hotels, but great location.
