"We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is. "great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. However we didnt get any check in information before hand and the building is under construction so it.was difficult to navigate where to go amd where to park. Thr apartment was very cute and for the most part clean. There were dead bugs in the bathroom window sill. The place is very centrally located to most restaurants and things you want to visit in Poiana Brașov, the hotel is maintained to the highest standards and the one thing that stood out the most was the hotel staff.
