We stayed one night at the beginning and another night at the end of our stay in Rarotonga. The staff were amazing and friendly. There were a lot of big family groups who tended to take over all of the seating and the pool with lots of kids jumping, even though there are signs saying this is not allowed. If you are a couple, there are quieter options around. It would also be really helpful if transfers to/from the airport were included.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom garden villa which had all our family needed. Housekeeping staff were attentive and lovely. Kids club was a hit for our kids and the daily activities at the hut. Basic breakfast but really all you need each day. Service for onsite restaurant could be better and more attentive. Spagetti House staff were amazing and food was delicious there. Island noght is worth it.

Relaxing stay of the island to rewind and rejuvenate. Comfortable stay, good brekkie and friendly staff cleaning the rooms. Nice atmosphere around the swimming pool with great ocean view.

I loved the friendly staff, from the kitchen, to the restaurant to the team cleaning the rooms. Everyone was so lovely and helpful and the place ran like a well oiled machine. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will be back soon. We found service was hot n miss , when we arrived I was told my payment had declined, I emailed weeks earlier to add another night on , and still confusion...morning staff were friendly, bar staff friendliness was off at times esp at the bar , you can smell sewage in the evenings which is not pleasant , room was tidy and house keeping staff and msintance people were very helpful, out tv did not work well at all

I messaged the resort the day prior advising our flight number and estimated time of arrival at the resort. Unfortunately my room wasnt ready (4pm local time) I was told to wait another 30mins. I said the room should have been ready at 2.30pm. I then had to wait another 7mins while they figured out another room. We got to the block we were staying in we were met with this intense smell or chicken poop (like a chicken farm) and sewage. This smell remained for the duration of the stay. We then had to drag our suitcases up 6 flights of stairs (3 levels) to our room (Garden Terrace room) we were meet with a dirty room. I did not complain because I was made to feel I was an inconvenience and we were put there because I had complained on arrival. The food was reasonably priced, but drinks were expensive eg can of coke was $6 (NZD). Thr restaurant and pool and amenities (spa) were great! Our cleaning staff were absolutely lovely, restaurant staff one lady in particular everyday when taking your order (not isolated to us) would ask what you wanted but was too busy having personal conversations with other staff in fijian language then would re ask you what you want, this was everytime. She would have a dismissive look like she had better things to do, she done a lot of eye rolling. You would be talking to her then she just rudely starts laughing and talking to other staff in another language, local kuki staff were very lovely. You got a different service. Particular staff ruined it.
