The hotel is in a great location to central old town. It’s super clean and all of the staff is super helpful and considerate. The breakfast is well worth the money and has numerous hot and cold options. I appreciated the daily housekeeping, free water and spacious room. The hotel is quite modern and all of the other guests staying there seemed to be enjoying themselves as well. I highly recommend!!

Great job by the staff except for one employee who sent us to a closed restaurant on Sunday. We questioned his recommendation but he insisted that the restaurant was open. Otherwise the stay was nice.

We only got to stay here for one night but really enjoyed it. The location is wonderful for exploring Salzburg and the hotel is just as expected. It’s comfortable, clean, and the staff were very helpful. We hope to be back someday!

We stayed in 2 double rooms for a 4-night stay. Very comfortable rooms with AC. Hotel is very clean, staff is nice and breakfast was excellent with a large selection. The hotel location was perfect with several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Mirabellplatz parking is a few easy blocks away. With hotel discount, underground parking cost 24 Euros/day (safe & well lit). Highly recommend and would stay again.

The hotel is very well located and maintained, staff very attentive and helpful, cons parking not available, public parking 10 minutes away if you got rain as I did you will be soaked , trash truck did a lot of noise earlier in the morning and note that the hotel entrance is on the side not where the maps apps point you
