“Overall just okay. Needs updating. Pool had been closed for an entire month by the local health department but owner said they were not aware. Outlet in master bathroom does not work. Had to message the owner multiple times just to gain entry to the unit at the agreed upon time. Codes provided did not work and only way to communicate was through VRBO messaging. “I was extremely disappointed with the misleading posting about the facilities, lack of reply from the host, and attempted theft of security deposit. The host does not leave the key and fob so you cannot park at the complex or use the gym. During check-in I contacted the host and let them know the key and fob were not there. “It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more...

The week prior I visited with my boss and we stayed on the second floor it was amazing so I had my following visit booked the same day I returned home from the first visit. “Such a cute place. All the necessities you need to some simple cooking or grilling. Great amenities and location.”

“So much space! The place was immaculate and a darling outside area. The hosts are super nice and very helpful. We had a power outage due to a storm and they came and lit candles for us and provided a lantern to help us see until the power returned. I would definitely stay here again.”
