“The property is in a great location. Quiet, gated neighborhood. Not far from Seaside and close to Alys and Rosemary. The house had very nice furnishings with a coastal theme. The beach is just steps away by crossing the boardwalk that is shared with the 9 houses in the area. We enjoyed our stay!”

“The house is in a great location and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. The quarters would not be described as spacious, but as advertised and ample beds for our party of 9. Walking distance from a few restaurants and some shops with some news ones that appear to be opening soon (maybe in summer 2023). Short drive to Rosemary, the Hub, or Seaside.”

“The views are much better in person. You are actually closer to the beach than the pictures make it seem. Great unit for the price. It would be nice to just walk right out to the beach and not have to walk a bit down to a public beach but that’s standard for the area. It’s only annoying if you are carrying a lot of items. There is also a free shuttle to the public beach but we didn’t want to use it. The beaches are public after 5 pm so that was nice when we wanted to watch the sunset. Barbara...
