"For a business hotel of an important chain, and as a frequent traveller, I found a few areas of improvement: 1. Gym is very small, uncomfortable with more than 5 people are in and not well equipped nor clean enough. 2. The swimming pool is nice but lacks service and better towels 3. The roof top bar is nice and the service is good but opening hour very limited. 4. The executive rooms are ok but lack amenities like basic shaving supplies and the hair dryer was broken. For a hotel that claims excellence, Carlton can do better! Concierge services are good!"
