“The property was amazing and the price was far lower than other comparables in the same area. We stayed for 4 nights while attending the Springfield Antique show and look forward to returning again. Highly recommend!”

“It was very clean the owner was very nice at check in. The only complaint i would have was the lack of thermostat in the unit it was very hot and i barely slept during our stay. However i prefer to sleep like a polar bear lol so not everyone's cup of tea. I was sad we didnt get to fish due to the rain but we had a very nice weekend.”

“Extremely nasty dirty place. Urine all over the toilet seat and hair. Bathtub dirty sink dirty kitchen dirty. Flies everywhere. Mold on walls. Missing outlet covers. Unfinished walls. Front door lock didnt work at 1 point. Rotten food in the refrigerator and drawers of the cabinets. ”

“Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! ”

“It's a very cute one bedroom one bath house. It has a full kitchen with a breakfast table. The futon is nice. My kids really enjoyed the YouTube subscription on the TV. The bathroom is very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Owner is very sweet and responsive. We definitely recommend it.”
