“The condo was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very nice, and we cooked several meals there. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (wouldn’t walk around at night) but so is most of DC. Overall, we had a great trip”

“This property is very beautiful in person, the pics dont do it justice. We had the best time. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculately clean which is a plus for us. Wife and i spent our 10 yr anniversary here and it was perfect, the view is anazing and it rained and we had a lighting show. Would definitely come herw again. Met the owners and they were so down to earth and friendly. Great stay overall”

Super basic accommodations inside the condos, the owner does not appear to live or stay in these. No washcloths, 1 hand towel, very limited cooking utensils, pots, pans, no broom, limited seating, end tables, etc. It was nice that a few laundry and dishwasher pods were provided.
