“This condo is perfect, pool view and beach view it’s within steps of pool and beach. Close to bus stops, grocery store small mall and pharmacy. Catch a bus to many restaurants for only 12 pesos per person. It’s great for families with the pool and beach access being so close.”

“I had my bachelorette party here and it was PERFECT for 10 girls, especially with the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a spacious backyard with a 10-seater dining table, and large living room/kitchen areas. “Pictures are amazing but in real life, it was even better!! Will not stay anywhere else in the island moving forward. Gorgeous pool, exclusive beach access, and a comfy bed. What more could one ask for? Poli had our golf cart waiting for us when we arrived and it has easy access to many wonderful restaurants. Love that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the north end, yet a quick golf cart ride should we decide to shop, etc.”

“everything was good but a constant drilling noise starting at 8:30 am and lasting all day from next door property. while landlord and concierge tried to help it was never corrected. so the entire stay was disrupted by heavy construction noises all day.”

“We just had the most amazing stay at Colleen and Nora's place in Puerto Morelos! The house had everything we needed for our family of five, including the best weather! How they arranged that, I'll never know. We were travelling with three children (12, 10, 8). “This was a marvelous villa and the beach was a private gem amongst the resorts. The house was perfect for 2 families with elementary school aged children. The pool area is lovely, perfectly maintained and the beach is wonderful. The surf is so fun - big enough to bofy surf but shallow enough to be safe for the littles. We did a number of nearby excursions and felt pampered by daily cleaning lady visits and Chef Miguel dinners - this is a vacation, not a trip. We’ve already recommended to family...
