“This property is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, surrounded by amazing restaurants and unique shops. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet; I would have not known that anyone one else was in the hotel had I not seen them in the lobby or on the elevator. They make the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at a RI! I highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay there again the next time I return to GR to visit family.”

“Not fond of the location. I would have rather went downtown. Other than that it was great and nice. No chairs on balcony. Had to stand to see the court yard. Not very relaxing out there at all. ”
