This was the second time we have stayed here. We liked the old world charm of the house and the staff were help full although it did take 4 attempts for one of us to get a vacant room assigned to them. Good food, breakfast was convenient and good selection as well. Down side was that a few of us were assigned a front of building room that is on a fairly busy street, even late into the night/early morning - so if you are a light sleeper, I would strongly recommend a room not at the front of the building!

We had a wonderful stay in a Junior suite. Very comfortable. Food st Tavern was delicious. Extremely comfortable place. The staircase is beautiful…but my guy had a challenge with his cane—-no elevator. But we really enjoyed it!!

The hotel dates back to the 1835, and has retained its charm. Everyone was very friendly, and the fact that they allowed dogs was fantastic. If I'm ever in that area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there.

The staff and the food wax excellent, it was really noise in the morning and we stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear the traffic. The room was very HOT it had a small window unit that I left on 60 degrees and it was still very warm in there. Would have been nice to have a floor length mirror I am 5' 2" and I could not see myself fully dressed. And I don't ever want to stay on the 3rd floor again with no elevator.
