“I stayed at Elizabeth’s upstairs apartment with my husband and 5yo twins. Street parking was always available and the beach/pier was a short walk. We cooked in the kitchen and did laundry in the space provided. We used the beach toys, beach mats and umbrella. We opted to rent bikes as we wanted tandem bikes for our children which was an easy walk from the apartment, but beach bikes and helmets were available. “We had a wonderful time ! We had a wedding in Pasadena then traveling down to Ansjeim to be close to other friends & family to see the soghts of Los Angeles & Disneyland!!! The house was so big & spacious & just what we needed to spread out and enjoy the pool, hot tub & game room !!! Our crew had so much fun ! It was better then hotel so we could all be together!!! We will definitely be back soon !! All worked out just as expected !!! Thank you !”

“There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!”

“This house was recently remodeled and they thought of everything a guest might need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen and two bathrooms well-equipped. The push button door lock is easy to use, no fumbling with a key and lock box. Parking is easy, and the location could not be better. Grocery stores are close by, and a CVS is right around the corner.”

“Property was clean, very spacious. We had more room than we actually needed! Host provided shampoo, conditioner, soap. Also laundry detergent was available. These are extra added touches that make the stay even better. When traveling by air it is hard to pack every single item you may need. We ended up walking from the Hollywood bowl after the concert bc it was hard to get an Uber. The walk was safe and very easy! Easy drive to Los Angeles attractions, except for Universal Studio Hollywood during morning rush hour, since it is located at the other end of the city, so plan ahead. “Safe area, easy 15 minute drive to Disney. Our large family was very happy. House had everything we needed to prepare breakfast every day. Used the dishwasher and washer and dryer. Close drive to Whole Foods, Walmart and Costco. The only issue was pillows could be more comfy and the primary bed was a very firm mattress.”

“Overall a very nice place in a very nice neighborhood. Minor inconveniences; we weren't able to close the slide door to the smallest bathroom, and; we couldn't get the outside controls to the garage door to work. Everything else was great. Thank you.”
