"The staff are friendly and helpful, beds and pillows comfy, beach was accessible by bus (very clean, cheap transportation), Uber worked everywhere but less complicated to take a cab from airport. Also it's great that the Uber app includes taxis as a choice. Our room did not face the street and was exceptionally quiet. Spa and massage were good."
"Right in the heart of centre apartment was clean and modern. Complimentary water and toiletries.
Managed through cosmo hotel near by where reception staff provided codes at check in.
Housekeep every 3 days which would of preferred 2 for towels "
"Location was far from historic /dining areas.
Sofa bed didn't work properly but staff was great trying to help and we were fairly compensated.
Valencia was amazing !!"

"The exceptionally rude older receptionist lady earned a reputation for being frustrating and incompetent among the guests...not just to me. When I arrived at 15:15, she ignored me and would not attend to me at check in for 15+ minutes. She wouldn't acknowledge that I was standing there as I patiently waited upon arrival because she was "finishing something else." Then, she said she couldn't find my reservation, while her kind and congenial colleague attended to five other guests while I was...
"The area was decent, the apartment was clean however the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable and the fridge make some strange noises during the night so we ended up having a terrible sleep. For this reason I would not stay there again. "
"The camping city is a bit outside the city, so it's green and closer to the beach. There is only 1 bus on the route with the frequency of an hour, so it's a bit inconvenient. The rooms are okayish, not very clean. Carry your own blankets or you could rent one. There are no shops or restaurants close by. My room was right next to the highway making it a bit noisy. The cost of the room on the website is way too high for the value. "
