“You get what you pay for. Old building and room needs some freshening up - paint, but you are in Old San Juan which is really a cool place. You are directly across from two bars and next to one, so it is a bit noisy late into the night (use the ear plugs). If you are looking to party each night into the wee hours then this is an awesome location. Room 11 has a detached bathroom you will need to cross a hallway, but you are at the end of hall. Air conditioner in the room is awesome - sincerely...

“I did not stay at property, address was an abandoned building and I had no way to contact host until he reach out me. Apparently he had the old information on his page and after admitting to this he still changed my card blaming it on expedia. Both host and expedia need to change the contact information in cases like this , this customer has the right to a refund. I will no longer book anything without explicit contact information with a telephone numbers.”

“Overall it was a pretty good place, within walking distance of the event, restaurants and beaches. The place is clean and spacious. The only negative I have is there was no washer or dryer and the sink in the main hallway leaking. We had to put a bowl under to catch the water. Other than that, it was great.”

“We really enjoyed staying at your place. It was a great value. The location across the street from La Cubanita was lovely. We enjoyed the balcony. After a longer stay in Vieques we stayed at a different place before returning to NY that we did not like as much as your place even though it had more amenities. The check in process was flawless. “Because you are in the middle of the action, you will be happy there is no window in the room because of all the noise outside. The stairs leading up to the room are steep so if you have a large or heavy bag make sure someone can help you carry it up. You can't beat the price and location of this place.”
