We asked the front desk if we could get water (the ones that mixed with lemon, strawberry, etc) but the lady said it would take awhile until someone would come down and refill it. So she said we could get it from upstairs where the kitchen and bar located. When we went there, the guy wasn’t nice and not willing to help us anything. I guess no one cares here.

It was very convenient in the heart of DC. Check in was quick. The hotel was very nice. What I didn't like was that either we had to park on the street or pay for valet parking. I wish they had a parking deck.

Front desk staff were very nice and friendly, which was great since we interacted with them daily. But the property itself needs to be upgraded, badly!!! The room was ok, but lots of old items in there that showed signs of ruin, including the carpet. My room was NOT worth what I paid per night! Breakfast daily was way overpriced per person, but we did get 2 days of our stay comped, so that was very nice!

Loved the location, very close to a metro station, grocery store and restaurants right next to it. Everyone was super nice, helpful and courteous! A shoutout to Paul for being so patient, kind and helpful to us; and to the lady(sorry did not get her name) at the breakfast buffet who greeted us every morning with a big smile and a hearty, warm welcome. Thanks you for making our stay so enjoyable!!

The lobby seems small and it was crowded, however, checking in was easy, comfortable and quick. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Prior to my stay, I spoke with Billy on the phone, I was cracking up laughing at him wee hours in the morning. During my stay i had the pleasure of meeting him on my way in from a concert. Hes a hoot! A very professional funny Guy!
