"The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences."

"This duplex was perfect for my three sons and myself. We stayed five days to attend one of my son’s Navy Graduation! House was very clean and modern. Had everything we needed, was a nice neighborhood, quiet neighbors? Close to everywhere we needed to go. Only suggestion would be to have the owners secure the rugs, they are very slippery. "

"This property was close to where we wanted to be. The check-in process was way more intense than any I’ve done before. Not a lot in the kitchen, but tasting Chicago food is part of the experience. There are 3 queen beds in the same bedroom and a larger living room area with the kitchen table. This location is also close to the public transportation."
