Convenient for airport
We chose this hotel specifically because it was close the airport, as we were simply passing through, coming from Stockholm to catch a flight in Oslo the next morning. It was definitely better than the usual airport hotel, especially the restaurant. The airport shuttle stops right at the hotel door (but be prepared to pay for the shuttle service).

Convenient for airport
Stayed one night in order to catch an early flight the next morning, otherwise I would not have chosen this hotel which is far from Oslo. The rooms are simple, very clean and just perfect for a night’s stay. The staff is friendly and helpful but the hotel is terribly understaffed which means that you have to wait a long time to get service. Bus ride of 5 mins to the airport is expensive, NOK 60 one way, although taxi is a fixed price of NOK 260!!!!!

Clean, efficient, convenient
Our family of 4 stayed at the Norlandia on a layover. The hotel is newer, quiet and a reasonable value for Norway. The staff was polite and accomodating and there were no surprises. The breakfast buffet was a little plain but adaquate.
