Good hotel for the price

The hotel is nice - a standard Embassey Suites. Hot tub was out of commission and the repair process was so noisy we had to leave the pool area. Gym is OK - equipment was cardio and barbells - nothing else. For a better work out, go to the Maryland Athletic Club which is about 10 minutes away by car Breakfast was very substantial and well prepared. Did not take part in the daily happy hour. There is a full resturant on the site. Hotel is located near a mall which has a Wegman’s Grocery store. If you have never seen a Wegman’s it is worth the visit. Heat in the room could only be controlled by turning off the fan - the thermostat did not impact the heating system at all. The Front Desk did not tell us this until we asked for help in cooling the room down - it was an oven

Wonderful Hotel for the $$$. Great hotel and wonderful amenities. Good location and breakfast buffet. My husband and I come to the Hunt Valley area often. We wil definitely stay here again!

Hunt Valley Embassy Suites

Hotel was very nice - rooms clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Good location next to a nice shopping area with many restaurant options and a grocery store as well. Complimentary managers hour and fabulous breakfast options make this where I stay each and every time I travel to this area.

Fantastic!!!!!

This Embassy Suites was really great. My daughter and I were planning to visit an open house at Towson University and were completely new to the area. The front desk staff were kind enough to print out directions to the university from the hotel for us without even having to ask. Besides being very comfortable there are lots of restaurants and stores across the street from the hotel. If you have never been to a Wegman’s grocery store, you must go in. Make sure you have at least an hour to spare to see everything Wegman’s has to offer. California Pizza Kitchen, and a great little italian bakery are in the mini-mall near by. Oh yeah, I’m supposed to be plugging the hotel. There is a wonderful breakfast and a great little bar in the evening! Enjoy!

Great place to stay.

Very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was the best we’ve encountered in our travels. Staff was helpful. Wanted to stay an extra night but they were booked solid.

Great Baltimore escape

My husband and two tween sons really enjoyed the hotel. Our rooms were spacious and clean. When we arrived, a bulb was out in our room. The front desk sent someone up in a matter of minutes.The workout facilities were modern and bright. We only wished the hot tub was hotter. All staff we met was very pleasant and breakfast was great. We will definitely stay there again.

Lovely place

Great hotel, excellent for winter time, is like have a little park to take a walk inside of the hotel, the free breakfast was fantastic, you can order what you want, very clean place, the staff is very friendly. the rooms are very comfortable, nice space, the only complaint is that there is not free wireless internet. I have a great time there, I will come back

WRONG SIZE BED BUT VERY IMPRESSED OTHERWIZE

ONLY PROBLEM WAS WE ASK FOR KING SIZE BED AND GOT TWO FULLS. OTHERWIZE HOTEL WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE.

INNER HARBOR WAS ONLY A TWENTY MINUTE CAR RIDE AND THE MALL IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET

Comfortable and relaxing

Service was very good. The fitness room was clean and accomediating. However, the fitness area was cramped. Overall, the staff was polite and friendly.

There is a shopping mall and resturants very close to the hotel.

Best value for a suite style hotel

Overall,this hotel was a great stay. I’ve never had "free cocktails" included with the usual snacks offered at some of the welcoming Manager receptions so this was a suprise! Also, exceptional breakfast including made to order omlet bar! The room had a door to close off the bedroom area which was great and the size of the room was very comfortable. The location was great,across from a wonderful mall that also was "renovated" The choice of food places and shops and movie house was superb! Now the things that could have been improved. The hotel was renovated but certain things were left out. The room was very stuffy even with the air turned down. It never got comfortable. Ceiling fans could have gone a long way to make it more enjoyable. There was a floor fan in the closet so that was a plus. The TV’s were dated. Most renovations are including upgrades to the newer flat panel LCD TV’s. And finally, the WiFi was marginal at best. If you were on a lower floor it was better but you still had to find the "sweet spot". Other that these minor things, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Place for a Rehearsal Dinner

We held our rehearsal dinner at this hotel and the wait staff and the manager were right on top of everything. The meal was excellent and the price very reasonable per adult and per child. We had brought a groom’s cake and that was served in addition to a variety of pies that were considered "Chef’s Choice" when it came to dessert. I also stayed in this hotel for the 3 days before my daughter’s wedding and the breakfasts were incredible and the chef and staff were very peronable. It was a delight to stay there! If I am ever in the Baltimore area and need a room I will most definitely stay here.

Would never stay at any other hotel after staying here!

From the pool attendant to the front desk clerk, everyone here treated us like a vip. We were asked several times if there was anything we needed. I have never stayed at this hotel before, but I can assure you that we will not go anywhere else from now on. Hotel was more of a vacation than the sites.
