“I like your Microtel. I keep coming back, don't I? Why keep asking for feedback when your customer returns time and again?”

“Good”

“The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.”

“Terrible. Small and very unclean”

“Room was clean and had stove, fridge, coffee pot etc. Restaurant on property and staff was very nice!”

“Julie was such an amazing host and keeps the nicest, cutest bed and breakfast we've stayed at. She really shines in all the little touches around the property like the snack and coffee bar, the locally sourced toiletries, she even left a little sprig of lavender folded into the towels. You would be correct in assuming all that attention to detail comes through in the breakfasts as well, she made us a burrata and pesto omelette that was to die for. “the Cabin was amazing and the views from the porch were incredible. there is no TV so if you need electronics bring your own. it is close to town and easy to find and very close to Alfred if you are visiting the colleges. The place is very remote feeling so if you want to feel like you are away from civilization without being too far from town this is your place. Love this Cabin!”

“We were disappointed almost as soon as we entered our room. Although it was clean, it was crammed full of furniture with little floor space. The bathroom sink did not drain. We were told by the owner that previous customers had poured cereal and coffee grounds down the sink. It would have been preferred that she had assigned a different room if she knew that.”
