Needed an overnight for work. The place is clean and well maintained. Not much of pretty interior... the room was in very good condition with new furniture and fixtures. One oddly nice bonus - a full size toilet.

For what you pay and for a short stay I think this is great! Idk what the bad reviews are talking about, hot water issue? Nope. AC working? Yup. Overall a good stay!

Requested a handicap accessible room... not even a hand rail in the bathroom. The bathtub was slippery. My walker wouldnt even fit into the bathroom door to allow any assistance. Upon arrival, just after dark, there were a small village gathered at the front door all smoking cigarettes that drifted into the lobby as well as the stinch of Marijuana all down the 2nd floor hallways even though every room we passed had no smoking signs on the doors. But... at least the bed was comfortable. Marijuana all throughout the halls

The rooms are recently renovated. The inside was very clean. This hotel is a work in progress as many others and I hope them all the best in bringing this place up to full glamor once again. I was always brought to small motels/hotels as a kid and now I root for all the people that are trying to keep these older establishments running. I encourage others to give this a stay. You get what you pay for. And for about $100, you can experience living in a homeless encampment - looks like 1/2 of the hotel doubles as a homeless shelter as does the hotel adjacent. Room was clean though.
