“The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. The third night I had to find someone in housekeeping to get clean towels. The room was nonsmoking but obvious it had been smoked in. I reported……

“There was no ice available. Not a lot of amenities. Not enough towels. Very bare minimum and not worth the price. Would not stay there again.”

“I have a service dog, I contacted the hotel when I made the reservation and provided the required information. At checkout in the staff did not want to check me in because they are not a pet friendly hotel. I stated my dog was a service dog, and told them it was preapproved, but I still got attitude for having a dog. When I got to the room, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the sink was so nasty it had what looked like food or something from someone teeth and mouth, hair all over……

“Couple-stayed 2 nights, good value for money, hot/serve yourself breakfast was good (waffles, eggs, sausage patty & cold items), quiet and most importantly did not smell like smoke or pot”

“Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. ”
