“The property was just as described; there weren't any unpleasant surprises when we arrived. The location is wonderful, within walking distance of anything in Gardiner. The host is excellent, we had one problem arise during our 9 days there, that was addressed immediately. The host was extremely thourough and went the extra mile to ensure that all was well (and it was).”

“Clean rooms, Perfect location. Only thing I would change is the decorations. We were nervous with children. Items that are fragile could be damaged. But all in all it was great.”

“Greatly enjoyed our time here during our visit to Yellowstone. Close proximity to most everything in Gardiner and a great view every morning. Property was tidy and clean when we arrived, and the kitchen and bathroom were nicely stocked. Owners were great and very helpful- since I was sleeping on the pullout during a stretch of cold nights I was a little worried about not having enough sheets, but they were quick to provide a more than adequate extra when I brought the matter up. Overall……

“Great shower, 5 stars heating lamp in the bathroom, coffee station by the check in room, parking was easy, but may be challenging with a trailer. Lots of room for gear. Microwave worked great. Good adventure base camp. +++++ We had an amazing time touring Yellowstone and had the last few fully open roads in October! We cut it close, but it was worth it. We saw snow falling up high. There was snow through the pass and at old faithful. It was so beautiful. *****”

“This was the entire 2nd floor of a 2-family house (nobody on the 1st floor). It was very quiet, with a separate back entrance through the large porch. Large driveway for easy parking. It was very spacious and clean. The bed in the master bedroom, and the bottom bunk bed were very comfortable and we slept great. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices and cooking equipment and coffee. The bathroom also had all the toiletries you could need, plus plenty of towels. The heat and the overhead……

“We were disappointed upon check in with washer and dryer not hooked up. We made it though. It was a great stay. Will definitely be back. Melissa was awesome. Elk everyday in our yard everyday! ”
