“Check-in staff was friendly. Room was lovely with a great view of the mountains. Room had espresso machine. Would prefer regular coffee in the room, but there was a station set up in the lobby. Wish we had more time to check out the pool, but were just passing through town. ”

“We arrived at 8:15 at night when the pool closed at 8:00 - so no swimming, but Billy went above and beyond to make us feel better. There was no coffeemaker (you have to ask) but he delivered one along with Coffee, filters, cream and sugar to our room. We were then given a late checkout so we could use the pool that opened at Moon. Great experience.”

“I stay here every time I come to Johnson City. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are welcoming . Also, my little dog is able to stay with us. The only thing I don't like is they took the coffee makers out of the rooms.”
