“I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to……

“This rental house was perfect for a family of 4 visiting the big island from Michigan. Plenty of space in the house with AC in the bed rooms and living area. Kitchen had everything needed to do some cooking for easy family meals. The walk to the beach is only a few blocks and the neighborhood is super quiet. Lots of extra towels and an outdoor shower out back to rinse after the beach. Near to lots of restaurants and stores and centrally located along the coast on the west side of the……

“Very nice facilities, staff friendly and helpful, gorgeous views of the ocean from a roomy and furnished balcony where we drank coffee and ate breakfast every morning. Also loved the location - conveniently close yet away from the busy hustle. There was even snorkel gear and boogie boards provided by the host that we enjoyed using. My family stayed for a week and look forward to doing it again.”

“This is a very nice house. The kitchen is well appointed with nice appliances and accoutrements. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. The patio is an excellent place to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the pool is super cold and the spa does not work. The golf course lawn mower will wake you up very early, but that was only one morning. “This property is very quiet, peaceful and restful. We stayed 9 nights in April and found it to be very clean, well stocked, in a good location, comfortable and rejuvenating. The only drawback would be if you’re staying in the summer there is no AC. It wasn’t a problem for us because the fans were adequate in keeping the unit cool for the most part. ”

“When we arrived we were informed that only two of our four full bathrooms had hot water. This was a Friday and no one was scheduled to look at it till Monday. The hot water was finally fixed very late (10:00 PM) on Tuesday night. So for 5 days out of eight, 9 people and 2 infants shared two bathrooms for showers/baths. “Very pleasant to stay.very well maintained and just opposite to magic sand beach. They had all beach items like umbrella chairs snorkeling kits to use which is very useful and saves time. The kitchen had everything to use and they even had some spices to use. Amazing place to stay and highly recommend for families to stay. ”
