“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“I had a wonderful time staying here. Breakfast was really good, rooms/hotel were clean and staff was nice. There were a couple instances in the two days I was there that were odd to me though. One morning at breakfast there was a guy slouched back passed out at one of the tables with his backpack. The other instance was when I was trying to check out. There was a lady getting some of the free coffee and she started talking to me. After a few moments I realized she was homeless and crazy which……

“The room was clean with nice decor. They had a fun retro vibe with a Victoria record player and records to play. There is a Blondies restaurant next door for meals out. There was a microwave, coffee maker and mini-refrigerator so you could eat in. The shower had great pressure! As far as comfort goes, the pillows were quite large and hard. “It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”
