"We stayed 2 nights while in town for family reunions. The accomodations were perfect for what we needed. Not really close to much but we knew this going in. We got 2 good nights sleep and hot showers and were completely happy with our stay for the price."

"On the positive side, the hotel is clean and there are a lot of signs hanging up giving instructions about how things work. I also received a text early in the morning to let me know how to get into my room. In the negative side, this property isn’t a hotel as much as it is a boarding house for natural gas or quarry workers (or workers from other industries). We booked a stay because we were visiting a sleepaway camp in the Poconos, but when we got there, we realized that we needed an extra set...

"This is a nice little home with 3 small bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It could use some upgrades and be a bit clutter free but overall a cozy stay in"

"This location is great for getting around the Wyoming Valley. Quiet, comfortable, easy to access, and great communication with the owner and manager. Very accommodating. The playground looked wonderful, though we didn't have little ones. We did not check out the pool or clubhouse, as we were out and about each day, but it was a good place to come home to."

"It was weird that i booked this hotel but they made us go to anther hotel further away from our destination after checking in. "

"The cottage has everything you would need. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. We especially liked the quiet location and spent most of our time there in the large screen porch that is surrounded by woods. Very peaceful."

"Hotels.com vs the property information is inaccurate. I was suppose to receive an email from the property to get information on directions and covid 19 changes but never received it. In addition the price on hotels.com was less than what was actually charge to me. The property itself though is beautiful and it’s better to book directly through the property. "

"We were the only guests, but that’s not our fault. The room wasn’t heated properly. One reason was the air conditioner was still mounted in the window so the winter wind blew in around it. Most people in PA take their air conditioner out in the winter to prevent that. Half the electric plugs in the room did not work. They had no maintenance man available to investigate. “Breakfast” was dry cereal, bagels and toast. It is a beautiful house, but they need more practice at running it"
