“設備簡單，但齊全，早餐只可以話飽肚，事實亦並不豐富，酒店附近都係貨倉或工業用地，但亦有兩間連鎖式快餐店。我入住的時間（February-March )是鳳凰城全年最好天氣的時候，所以可能租金較貴。”

“卫生一般，枕头和床还可以。位置也还算方便~晚上11点后前台就没人了。早晨8点后才再有人。WiFi信号不是很强。”

“Check in was fast and very professional. However, the contractor that they have working there are the worst that I have ever been around. They do not clean up behind themselves. The room that we stayed in was not ready to be rented out. The gashes in the walls were not filled in, the painting was not properly completed, the floors had not been cleaned, there was no soap try in the shower and we had to go to the front desk to get towels. We have stayed at this place many times and never had a bad……

“Staff was nice but the carpet was super disgusting full of stains seems like it hasn't been cleaned or vacuumed in awhile and it has an odd smell, also the bed sheets had stains and cigarette burns. They advertise breakfast but they no longer server breakfast. ”
