“parking was easy. communications with staff were good but it would take a while to connect to someone via phone and we didn't receive an automated email with access info that we should have received. very comfortable beds and clean unit. not enough hot water.”

“I liked the ease of check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but the paint on the walls was dingy with stains, and in need of a fresh coat. The furniture is all very old and dated, but perfectly functional. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows need an update. There was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board which was helpful. The bathroom was clean and came with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but it was a small stand-up shower, not a……

“This place is now under private ownership. There was no one there when we arrived and we had no idea that we were knocking on the door and looking into the window of a private residence. When we contacted hotels.com for a refund they refused. It remains on the website despite being privately owned. ”
