“The room was clean and well maintained, the pool was a little cold though but we still made use of it and the hot tub. The only negative was that we had our 18 month old with us, and after traveling for 4 hours she was ready to stretch her legs and run around some. Well, the people in the room under us didnt like a toddler running around at 10pm for 5 minutes and called the office on us. Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I understand that issues can happen, but the overall cleanliness and condition of this room fell well below what should be considered acceptable. When I arrived, the bed sheets were visibly dirty, and the pillowcases and towels were stained. Those are basic housekeeping standards that should never be overlooked. “Calling this a "resort" is misleading. It is essentially a motel on the lake. We took the only room available, which happened to be an accessible room, and discovered that it had no closet whatsoever. There were two short hooks on the wall made out of plumbing pipes where you are supposed to hang all your clothes. This was very disappointing and a constant nuisance, and not something you would ever expect in a real "resort." The room was pretty clean except for the bathroom floor, which needed……
