“Facility appeared to be new, so very little would likely be wrong. That said, the facility was exquisite, great value, and a very enjoyable experience. Unique vestibule entry on 2nd floor that also serviced a large casual deck space for outdoor relaxation. General greater height of the staircases to access 2nd floor units somewhat prohibitive for older guests and even mild handicaps. That should be an expressed attribute when booking. “There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.”

“This hotel has some of its rooms (those in the middle) with an interior wall to avoid being outside. Each end of the hotel has rooms directly outside and the traffic is very noisy. If choosing this hotel, choose an interior room. The upper floor rooms have balconies and we experienced a downpour so water puddled on the balcony so we could not use it. What we didn't realize was that the rain came down, the sliding glass doors allowed rain on the carpet, and soaked my backpack. Before we could……

“Well maintained property fronting on a nice small lake with small private sand beach. Ideal for families with kids. Pontoon boats on docks block view of the lake on first floor units, but not a deal breaker. The check in procedure needs a bit of work, but it all worked out, would definitely stay again. Fish dinner at restaurant right down the street is to die for!”
