“When we were not checked out, the hotel staff opened the door twice in a row without knocking on the door, which was a very bad experience.”

“Check in was easy, and the location was great”

“The room was clean and well maintained, the pool was a little cold though but we still made use of it and the hot tub. The only negative was that we had our 18 month old with us, and after traveling for 4 hours she was ready to stretch her legs and run around some. Well, the people in the room under us didnt like a toddler running around at 10pm for 5 minutes and called the office on us. Next time I think we will just get a 1st floor room so nobody is bothered by it lol. Overall everything was……

“The lodge is newer construction. Downtown is small but near the lodge. I liked the sauna and the gas firepit on the deck; others seemed to prefer hot tubs. All future guests should read the amenity list in order to enjoy them better.”

“There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.”

“Clean rooms. Soft beds. Big bath tub/shower. Hot tub and pool on site indoors. Breakfast was standard toast muffins cereal type. Close to amenities. 10/10 would stay again.”

“Well maintained property fronting on a nice small lake with small private sand beach. Ideal for families with kids. Pontoon boats on docks block view of the lake on first floor units, but not a deal breaker. The check in procedure needs a bit of work, but it all worked out, would definitely stay again. “This hotel has some of its rooms (those in the middle) with an interior wall to avoid being outside. Each end of the hotel has rooms directly outside and the traffic is very noisy. If choosing this hotel, choose an interior room. The upper floor rooms have balconies and we experienced a downpour so water puddled on the balcony so we could not use it. What we didn't realize was that the rain came down, the sliding glass doors allowed rain on the carpet, and soaked my backpack. Before we could……
