“Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!”

“Thankfully, we had a sleeping bag in the car and put it on top of the bed so we didn't have to sleep in the bed. That should speak volumes. Spent close to $50 on cleaning supplies and Lysol to make the surfaces safe to put our bags on. It felt like a post apocalyptic movie set in the worst possible way. Stink bugs and spiders in the bathroom, ants in the bed, paper towel from another guest left in the microwave, rusty refrigerator interior, and let's not forget to mention the smell. I've felt……

“The location was great. Right off the highway and close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and of course VT. The outside of the property was clean and looked safe. There was construction going on so we could see the materials for it outside but it was quiet. The front desk staff were so nice and polite. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, which was a a turnoff. My room key did not work after 3 tries so they just moved me to a new room. I had other family members checking……
