I sent a message asking if they could clarify a couple of small details relating to the area and mentioned that i would be checking out a day earlier (not asking for a refund) as i had booked an extra day by mistake. 2 months later i received a reply. Arrival - Directions clear enough but there is no sign at all for the property, no person to meet you on arrival, the only person i saw other than the odd other guest here and there was a cleaner. “I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close……

“Problems with checking in to hotel, shared with others in the street outside also having issues - left outside the building talking to customer representative who was extremely unhelpful. Standing on the street in an area where there were multiple homeless people who were clearly drug dependent did not feel at all safe. This is basically a one star place with extremely basic furnishings - booked two nights and stayed one night Property is unmanned - I was offered future discount if I gave good……
