The room was clean and the bed and pillows were great. Outside of the room, the building looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1980. The breakfast options were pretty good though the cereal (from a bulk dispenser) was stale, and there were no dairy free milk alternatives.

I enjoyed my stay at the All Seasons Inn overall. Checkin was fairly quick as i had a reservation booked. Aircon cooled the room well. Breakfast was okay but I guess I may have had milk for the coffee that may have spoiled, otherwise everything else tasted fine. Checkout took less than a minute, and I was on my way.

Great and friendly staff, knowledgeable about the area. Some students that attend Bryant do live here for the school year, so that white bus you see coming around is not a shuttle for the hotel lol awkward. Breakfast is delicious and hotel room was so clean, like high quality clean.

First of all I don't like to give bad reviews but I feel that this feedback is needed for this hotel to Excel. The location is nice it's hidden away from any other hotels around it. Breakfast was horrible not only horrible but there was nothing there are 8:00 a.m. I went to the front desk and asked the associate in charge and he said that there will be more egg in 15 minutes with an attitude. He definitely didn't seem welcoming. Remember there's no elevator at this hotel so we had to use the back stairs the carpet was dirty hadn't been vacuumed it who knows how long. The AC seem old it didn't really cool the room the way that we wanted it or the temperature that it was set to. The people cleaning the room they were very sweet. This hotel has great potential upgrade your service from a front desk to the cleanest of the facility and breakfast.

Old, tired, but clean. Cleaning person was very accommodating. Other staff were not very friendly. Continental breakfast was poor. If you're looking for an inexpensive overnighter this works. Otherwise for the extra money a more major hotel is a better bet.

The rooms smell, like animals or something wet. It’s gross. Other than that, the rooms appeared clean. There was a party next door to our room. I mean teenagers, marijuana smoking, music blasting and talking/yelling. It was not an enjoyable night!
