“This Holiday Inn Express shows it’s age but it was still a great place to stay.”

“Does NOT have a pool, does NOT provide breakfast. See photo of the sign posted as well; but the pool is permanently closed. The ice machine is "temporarily" out of service, but the notice stating this looks like it had been up for a couple of months. They say the rates are lower for not having a pool anymore, and they offer to give you a refund if you don't want to stay - knowing that most people are not going to hassle with finding a new place and having to pay last-minute rates. “Room was very clean is an old hotel but rooms are updated the bed was very soft and comfortable the hotel is right in the center of all the shops and restaurants no need to drive most things was in walking distance.”

“The room provided was different from what I had booked; the front desk informed me that the room type I reserved was sold out. It was already nearly midnight, so they gave me three options: 1. Have the booking platform cancel the order; 2. Go to another hotel located half an hour away; or 3. Accept a smaller room at the same price. Since I was traveling with a child, I had no choice but to accept the smaller room.”
