“Clean and quiet”

“The facility was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was well prepared. Unfortunately, one young staff member had a young child about two years old to whom she fed breakfast. Apparently she needed to take him to her daycare provider immediately after she fed him so she left the hotel. When we tried to checkout we learned that she was the only person on desk duty. We waited at the desk for approximately 10 minutes until we finally found another staff member in the breakfast……

“They are remodeling property and our room was immediately adjacent to construction, Room itself was newly remodeled and excellent.”

“What a wonderful surprise! This historic building is beautiful and our room is magnificent! The furnishings are beautifully crafted, and I wish we were staying longer. ”

“Property was undergoing renovations and it was loud, with construction. Hot water was out until anround 7:00 pm. Equipment throughout one half of our floor. They worked until around 6:00 pm. We knew about construction before visit, so we were okay with everything!”
