"we checked in 45 min before a 4 pm check in and was charged $15 however when we checked out 2 hours early we were not given any kind of refund. what hotel charges $15 checking in 45 min early? it was a great room and great location however with this kind of policy I will not return to this hotel chain."

"The room didn't get cleaned, or towels replaced, our first day. There was no soap in the shower. The room phone didn't work during our 3 day stay. The coffee at breakfast had a burnt taste 2 of 3 days. The plus side, the choices for breakfast were good. The oatmeal was very good. The staff was very friendly and apologetic but the weren't able to fix the phone and didn't ensure the room got cleaned the 1st day. The pillows were very comfortable and I would have purchased one but they weren't for sales"
