“The staff were amazing. The rooms and hotel were very clean. Only complaint we have was the restaurant and bar staff. They weren’t very friendly, and weren’t very fast for orders ect.”

Unfortunately, I was put in a handicapped room (I guess I booked it w/o knowing) so it was a bit inconvenient especially the shower and it didn't have a lounge chair or sofa like the regular king rooms, just a big empty space. Only one of the elevators worked and the pool and hot tub were cold. The breakfast was so-so, but because the hotel was accomodating a large group of workers the food and coffee were frequently empty. They did refill if you waited. ……

“I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(”

“The hotel room was spacious and very nice. The coffee table was damaged and needed to be replaced. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The entire hotel is well kept up and beautiful. It just needed a new coffee table.”

“We stayed in the room. That was the "cabin "and according to the description, it said that it slept six. Unfortunately it did not. The futon in the living room has a bar that goes across it. That is a special kind of torture. There's no way that two people can sleep on that bed unless they are small children. There were crumbs all over it when we got there so we got to clean those off first. The door to the bedroom doesn't shut all the way, and when you open it in the middle of the night, it's……
