“Great location and beautiful historic hotel with so much interesting memorabilia. Unfortunately, our checkin lady wasn’t very helpful and didn’t tell us there were tours of the hotel to learn the history —would have enjoyed that. Rooms are plenty big for an old hotel and cutely decorated. Fun bar in the Belle. And be prepared for nighttime noise from revelers outside!”

“Arrived at 9:00PM. Once I made it to the counter (after 20 min wait) to check in, it felt like the staff knew nothing about the computer system, let alone the property... Checked in the wrong room (standard vs suite). Had to stand in line once again to be informed that it would take some time to figure out what happened. I proceeded to the "Gray Copper" grill that's onsite and serves food til 10PM, I ordered food at 9:50PM and mins later was told that the cook had left and would have to cancelI……

“I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(”

“Room was pretty small and bathroom was slightly cramped. Location was good and parking was fine. A/C unit in room barely kept the temperature tolerable. I don't think the A/C would keep up on a hot day. All together the stay was okay for the money.”
