“We stayed in the back room with the kitchen. Great space. Everything we needed. The restaurant downstairs is great. Only issue was when the staff dumped their trash. Loud.”

“It is situated in an adorable little town. The room was nice and the bathroom awesome. There was no tv in the room, which was a little different. We could not figure out how to work the thermostat. Two "issues" that we had: 1. The second night the bar was very loud and we were the first room from the bar. There were also doors slamming everywhere. 2. It was advertised as getting a bottle of wine for each night stayed there. This we had to ask for and then they needed to verify.”

“We stayed in room 206. You could put a can by the ac unit, and it would roll all the way across the room to the door. Other than thinking I had vertigo, it was an awesome experience.”

“The owners were super nice and the building had tons of character. I had to take away stars because the primary reasons I booked at this location was that the property information listed breakfast being included and laundry facilities as a convenience. The owner said they haven't provided breakfast in quite a long time and the laundry facility was a laundromat across the street.”

“The property is immaculately maintained, with an excellent staff and wonderful hosts (Jim and Leslie). Easy drive to Durango, hot springs, Purgatory ski slopes, etc make this one of my favorite B-N-Bs. The morning breakfast is just cherries on top!”

“It was decent but with some more thorough cleaning especially on the back patio where the view is, and AC in the hot summer months, this would be a great place. It was not made known beforehand that there was no AC and it was 90 degrees while we were there so very hot in the condo during the day. There was no laundry soap, we had to fold the towels from the dryer, and the back patio was full of spider webs and very dirty so we really couldn't enjoy it. Communication with the property manager……
