John was happy, kind and had the warmest and friendliest smile I have seen all that day! After an 8 hour drive with kids, it was truly wonderful to feel so welcomed. Breakfast was great every morning and the two ladies who were working each morning were so kind and friendly too! Each morning staff member welcomed us down like they made breakfast just for me and my kids. I have never felt so welcomed in a hotel before! This was one of the greatest hotel experiences I have had in a very long time! Around 3:30 am I called the front desk to complain. The noises finally stopped around 4:00 am. When I spoke to the front desk in person in the morning it was the same staff that I talked to at 3:30 am. He said “they should know better”, and that they were extended stay guests. He told me that it shouldn’t happen again for the next night. So, I called the Expedia and straightened it out and they contacted the hotel and the hotel was actually the ones that over booked by not updating their website.
