“Second day of our stay, the room was not cleaned and we did not receive fresh towels. Front desk was not available by phone. Had to go downstairs to ask for towels. Also, the breakfast sign was on display, however it was closed. We received a text in the evening stating the restaurant was closed due to an employee called in sick.”
