“Check in was seamless. I was booked from Friday to Sunday. The next day for some reason my key as well as my friends key to her room stopped working at noon. When we went downstairs to get the issue fixed there was no one at the desk. We stayed and waited for over 30 minutes and no one came. We ended up leaving. We came back hours later, and waited another 30 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. There is a paper that sits on the desk that says “if no one is at the desk please call this……
