“needed extra bedding for sleeper sofa and house keeper brought it to room after i was told by the front desk that they were to busy to deliver to the room this housekeeper asked if she could help me with anything while i was waiting for elevator and i explained to her what front desk said and she told me to go back to my room and she would bring it which she did with in a few minutes”

“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

“Good communication with the owners. Nice perks such as coffee, tea, and hygiene items.”

“The owner canceled on us one hour before we were supposed to be there. The house was flea infested. We did get a full refund. But I had to book a hotel at short notice and nobody from hotels.com or the person that I rented from felt obligated to compensate the difference of the hotel room I had to book instead of the house I had set up rent. I spent many hours on the phone because I had to cancel through hotels.com and the company called Evolve. The people I talk to at evolve felt they were not……
