“El lugar es bonito, habitación hermosa, pero para lo que cobra el hotel sinceramente no hay una atención buena del personal, te atienden de mala gana, no son atentos, no te ofrecen nada; los masajes están muy equis para lo que cuestan.
Si el personal fuera otro o cambiaran su atención sería muy distinto.
Pedimos temazcal y dijeron que no tenían lugar disponible cuando si lo había solo no lo querían ofrecer. En recepción pedí alguna recomendacion de masaje y solo dijeron que leyera en la parte……

“The place looked very antique and beautiful the staff was great and helpful. But the room was super hot with no A/c to the point I was having headaches and couldn’t sleep. Also there’s no TV or mini fridges in the rooms which would have helped.”
