“Barcelo is such an amazing place to stay. Everything from rooms to food and service is 100 percent on point and more. This is the best place I've stayed at so far. They have everything to deliver a wonderful vacation time to customers. The beach is beautiful in this area. I'll definitely be back as much as I can. Barcelo is such a paradise. I recommend 1000 percent.”

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“The staff needs to improve the way they treat the customers, suggestions for the hotel please add signs with the time that snack bar, pool, the bar for the alcohol drinks is open-closed, and remember that customers go to the hotel to have a great time since that they are spending they money. ”

“Resort was very quiet past 10pm. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Food was decent from what i tried but we mainly ate off the resort. The pool gets packed and more chairs would be useful but overall great stay. Would come back here”

“Had a very pleasant time. Good was good not great but good. Staff was very hospitable attentive and friendly. Felipe and Diego at the seafood restaurant went out of their way so did Johnny and and the waiters at the pool area. Only complaint was when one the the girls at the towel station gave away my chairs that I had reserved at the pool area. According to her I had left my chairs unattended for more than an hour when all we did was go have breakfast and came back to our chairs at the pool……

“Pésimo internet, cargos escondidos, “late checkout” con costo, vasos extremo pequeños en bar, solo un bar y medio para todo el hotel… a los niños les cobran todo incluido pero sufren discriminación y solo pueden usar 1 “buffet” de los tres restaurantes que tiene el hotel… el servicio a cuarto cuesta 150 cada vez cada platillo … NO VAYAN ”

“el servicio es muy malo, desde la llegada al hacer el check in fue de horas de espera, ademas en el restaurante son muy groseros los meseros y pesimo servicio, solo la cajera se porta bien pero de ahi en fuera todo el personal parece que andan enojados.”

“首先，这里的view是真的好。 其次，这里的设施可以说应有尽有，从智能家居到冰箱里的酒水小吃，从阳台冲浪浴缸到智能马桶，但好像每一样都不很高档。 还有，和Grand Velas比，这其实不算真正意义上的全包酒店，在所有餐厅，只要是高档一点儿的食材，就需要你另付款。对我来说，很不爽。”
