“Excellent location. Clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again. I gave 5’s on everything other than the 4 on facilities. My air conditioning wasn’t working for several hours but staff was able to fix it soon after I reported it. Wonderful staff! ”

“From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the experience was absolutely wonderful. We could not have asked for A more comfortable and warm experience. Derek, the owner is a genuinely wonderful human being. His home is so interesting with local history and we are excited to return next year. The bed was so comfortable! The back area is private with a wonderful hot tub and a little fireplace. It also has a TV you could watch while you’re sitting in the hot tub. The front porch has two……

“Perfect little place in the heart of downtown Carbondale. Very clean and everything was as advertised.”

“BEDBUG ALERT!! One of the bedrooms in the upstairs was full of bedbugs. It has bit us all over and made us feel so uncomfortable and itchy. There were no cribs for the babies/toddlers. Not a great option for families. Apart from this, the view from the cabin was great. ”
