“Our room was open when we got to it. The door would only close with force. I went to the front desk and was told there were no more rooms and maintenance would be called. Maintenance came and said the part for the door has been ordered and there is nothing that can be done. The room has a strong cleaner smell that was not pleasant. Our Netflix did not work on the TV and the front desk said maintenance would come to look at it. Well maintenance never showed up! Won’t be staying there again!!”
