“Loved everything about this property! It is an updated older home with spacious bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, the BEST pillows, and a lovely bathroom with a large shower. The outdoor spaces are really nice too! We stayed here for UAB freshman orientation and it was a quick drive to the school. Definitely will try to stay here again when we come for visits”

“This house was so cool! Very historic property with lots of personality. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. Easy access to restaurants and venues. Lots of sleeping options, bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There's one TV downstairs in the front room. There's a cute quiet reading nook off of the dining room that was absolutely adorable. “This home is very clean, well decorated, has most amenities you need and more, plus it is close to UAB and a lot of restaurants. Coming from South Florida, it was too cold for us to sit in the balcony but could imagine how nice it would be in warmer weather. Sitting in the living room sofa you can see many trees around you that it felt like you were in a forest and not in the middle of Birmingham.
