“The desk staff was amazing and very helpful. Room was, meh. Everything felt damp.. floor, sheets, pillows. Everything. We did not use the pool or gym but did have breakfast. It was what you expect with a continental breakfast. Disappointed that the pancake machine was out of order but these things happen.”

“Our stay in one of the cottages was so wonderful! From check in to check out the staff were so kind and helpful. The children in our group enjoyed every amenity of the campground. All of the grounds were well maintained and kept. I have nothing but positive things to say and our family will definitely be coming back!”

“I booked this property for a birthday getaway. In decades of travel, I have never experienced anything like this. The house is in serious disrepair — broken and unstable columns, railings not secured to posts, trip hazards, visible mold, a filthy coffee maker, and a moldy shower. This property did not feel safe. We arrived at the agreed check-in time to find the owners still cleaning. They asked us to wait outside for an hour which ended up being 2 hours on a 90+ degree day with no water or……

“So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same……
