“The room was average at best. The check-in person was terrible, didn't talk and not helpful at all. He was not at the check-in desk and had to be called on a phone line. When called he was short and acted annoyed. The pool and hot tube area was not lit up and looked like it wasn't open. Since there was no check in staff available to ask, I couldn't use it. I would look for a different hotel if you have to stay in the area!”
